A charming and cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath condominium that has been fully remodeled in the heart of Las Vegas. It is in a gated community just minutes from the famous Las Vegas strip, major freeways, shopping centers, convention centers, restaurants, and the upcoming Raiders Stadium.

FULLY REMODELED!!! This gated private condo unit is centrally located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and steps away from restaurants and shopping centers. It furnished with a stylish queen size bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. It has a spacious walk-in closet. The living area features an open floor plan concept with modern decor all throughout. It has a comfortable high end sofa, 55-inch flat screen LED smart tv hooked up with Roku allowing you to stream local channels on the Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu app and more. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and basic essentials you will need when you decide you want to prepare your own home-cooked meals. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer is accessible in the unit. Complimentary Wifi is also available.

We are a short walking distance to the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness. center. You will also have your own assigned covered parking.

Winter Trip

Condo looked like pictures. Clean, comfortable bed. Area is gated, maintained landscaping, and clean with occasional security person walking the property. Pool deck was available but not pool at the time we were there. Also has access to small fitness room. Easy access to Las Vegas or surrounding shopping. Would recommend more dishes/glasses in the condo for people staying longer than a few days. Also upgrade in TV package would be good since only streaming is available-no live telecasts or sporting events.

Nice place to stay

The property listed I booked was not the property I stayed in. The booked property had a problem with the a/c. I was upgraded to a nice 2 bdrm unit. The unit was nice it’s upstairs. Wi-Fi kept down and up. A few days before check out there was a plumbing problem and I was asked not to use the garbage disposal and the dishwasher. I would stay again if the plumbing problem was permanently repaired it was a issue before I got there. But a nice unit

Too many rules

2/10 would not recommend. There are just better options overall. You need to put the parking permit on your car ASAP! You can’t even finish unpacking your luggage before management threatens to tow your car! (Also can’t reverse park anywhere in the complex) I think the people who own this unit live next door(or in the vicinity), someone was watching me and my car very closely while I was there. Not sure who it was exactly just my assumption, someone was watching though. Also had to 1)wash/dry sheets & put them back on 2)wash dry and put away dishes 3)take out the trash to nearest dumpster That stuff isn’t a huge deal, it’s the fact that you’ll get hit with “cleaning fees” if you don’t do it. sheesh if I gotta do all that I might as well pay the same for a hotel and not have to do any of it!

Tons of space!

The only negative I'd that the parking pass didn't work. I got a notice that I would be towed because my parking pass was invalid. I solved it by parking in the uncovered area. Other than that the stay was bliss 😊.
