Good time at CES 2023

Clean, pleasant setting close to where we wanted to be and go. Angel and her husband were pleasant & helpful at getting us oriented. Enjoyed coffee and available drinks

Very Simple Get Away

If you are looking for a great place, with a great location, then this is the spot. There are not a lot of amenities, but the location to EVERYHTING is GREAT!!!!!! I still rate it 5-star because the property managers are wonderfully responsive. For evenings that you may want to stay at the house, big games would be the last piece to make this place a 5-Star+

Burglary incident

The home is located in an very unsafe residential area. We had a break in on New Years day of a burglary attempt while family members where present. Two masked men broke into the house through the rear door. They open bed room where my son and his wife where taking nap. Luckily the burglars were not aggressive and left at my son's direction. We cannot imagine the worst. I would advise anyone of the unsafety of this neighborhood.
