Large family wedding group

We were a large family group aged 9 to 70 in town for a wedding. The property met our needs well and the outdoor space was a big hit with our group. Yje property is close to any amenities you will need and just a short Uber ride to the strip. The home is well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are very responsive and go out of their way to ensure your stay I’ll be a positive one! Highly recommend this lovely oasis in the heart of beautiful Las Vegas

Amazing Trip

Thirteen friends had an amazing Vegas vacation. We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday. We were able to utilize the pool even though it was cool outside because of the heat option. Check in was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. Plenty of room for all of us. They even have some extra fold out beds if needed. I will definitely stay here again when we have a golf trip coming up.

The property is a bit dated and could use a refresh. We did enjoy the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. The house is nice. The biggest drawback is the property behind the home has a loud dog and rooster that is up all night. It was a nuisance for all of us.

Great Property for our Family

We had a group of 23 and this house was great for us! The great room accommodated a lot of us and we loved having the pool table right there off the room. There were plenty of beds too for us. The best part for our family was the outside areas. The pool was amazing and the water felt very refreshing even with the high temps. The house is 10-15 minutes from the Vegas strip and very close to a lot of hikes. If there is one suggestion I would make it would be to invest in some more comfortable mattresses for all the bedroom. We would definitely visit this house again as it was great for the youngest (8 yrs old) and the oldest (76 yrs old) in our group.

Great house!

House had great gathering space, comfortable furniture, and fun things to do. But house was listed as 8 bedroom but the “8th bedroom” did not have its own space. So my son could not have any privacy. (This was in the casita.) The kitchen had lots of room but needed some more serving utensils and 9x13 pan. But they had plenty of coffee makers, appliances, etc. Overall, wonderful place to stay! The host was so nice as well.

Overall view

At 3 a.m, every day a neighbor’s dog would bark for at least an hour or more. There were no extra toilet papers, no sugar, salt, pepper, etc.- bare minimum. When we rented other places, we had coffee, tea, beers, extra napkins, trash bags, paper towels, etc. House is beautiful and clean. Pool gorgeous as are tennis courts.

Large home with many nice amenities.

I booked this home for a family reunion. It had ample bedrooms for all parties to have some privacy, while also offering large gathering areas. The home itself is beautiful but it could use some updating. The kitchen was severely lacking in cooking utensils, storage containers for leftovers, etc. We didn't even have enough forks for each family member at meal time. Given the cost of the stay, I feel more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap should have been provided. We had an issue the first day with two of the bathroom shower valves, but Gary sent out a plumber right away and they were repaired very quickly. Overall I'd rate the house a solid 8. With a few improvements it could certainly reach a rating of 10.

Old affordable home near the strip!

They charge $200 per day to heat the pool, and it's important to note the specific fees. Additional charges apply for various amenities, such as limited supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. The master bedroom offers a fantastic view of the strip. This spacious, old house boasts ample parking. While the cleanliness didn't feel entirely fresh, it wasn't unbearable. It comfortably accommodated our group, but the house is showing signs of age and needs maintenance. Some provided items require replacement, as they seem like items taken from the owner's kitchen. Notably, there are security cameras inside the house, which I found invasive. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor emanating from the pipes, which could be smelled both inside and outside the house. All in all, the house is reasonably priced, but I wouldn't choose to rent it again.

The house was absolutely georgous and was located only a few miles from the strip. Perfect location for a family vacation and close enough to spend time gambling and seeing the sights.
