Exactly as advertized. Great communication with host. Clean as a whistle. The bed was comfortable. Nice jetted tub, free parking and pool access. The kitchenette was functional but could use a strainer and chopping board. Great stay!

Nice property with everything we needed. Really helps to have the kitchenette for easy breakfast and lunch prep. Service staff were universally nice and helpful, and it made handling luggage and car pickup/drop off very easy. I would come back when in Vegas!

An awesome stay!

We come every year and always stay at The Signature. Our stay at Mark's apt was great. The place has everything you need, full kitchen, great view of the Strip, full access to MGM pools, the gym, valet parking... Mark was very communicative and took very good care of us. We can't wait to be back.

Great Location

Had a very nice stay. Location is off the strip, but only 5-10 mins walk to MGM Grand and the monorail station through the indoor walkway. Able to prepare our own food purchased from a nearby Target. Nice to have a fridge big enough to store food and drinks. Check in and check out was a breeze and we were able to store our luggage after checkout and still have access to the pool.

Great location and view from a week equipped and very large condo! Everything you would need and then some. Being hooked to the MGM makes travel easy with the mono rail. Only downfall it it is a long walk, almost a mile round trip, to get a cup of coffee from the food court. Besides that, which isn't a deal breaker, we had a great time. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was attractive, roomy for a couple, well maintained, and quiet. The property staff were helpful, and the owner was responsive. The ten minute walk to the Strip isn't for everyone but it was fine for us. As some others have noted, pool availability in February isn't optimal - just one of the three condo pools was open on a Friday, and it was overrun with guests. But we weren't in Vegas just for the pool, so it was a minor thing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Zags in Vegas

Trip to Vegas to see Gonzaga play at the Garden Arena which is a short distance from the place. The room was just as it was on the listing. Mark was real easy to work with and responsive. The room was quite and has a great view of the new Sphere.The heated walk way from the tower to MGM was super nice. The ammenties in the towers are nice, so you do not always have to head to the MGM.

Great location

Although I probably would not stay in Tower 3 of the MGM Signature hotel again, this was a nice location in relation to the monorail and the Vegas Strip. Had some issues at check-in that the property owner quickly resolved. The pool in tower 3 is closed indefinitely so you will need to hike to the other ones that are available. Tower 3 is the furthest from the MGM casino so it is a bit of a walk. Other than that, the room was clean and had a great view of the new Sphere.

Even better than the listing

This is a great place to stay, just a couple of blocks from the strip. The view and property is exactly as in the pictures. What wasn’t clear to me, and so important and great: lots of speedy elevators! All parking is valet, but it’s free (except tips) and again, fast and friendly. There are several pools, so if one is crowded or hot, go to another. Stop for whatever groceries you need before you arrive. The nearby CVS with grocery is several blocks away, and carrying bags about a half mile in 109 heat is not fun.. There are plenty of glasses and plates. We did not cook, but frog was great for beverages, milk for cereal. Coffee 5-cup pot — byobasket filters and coffee
