5 day stay

We had a great time at this property. It worked really well for what we needed it for, for the few days while we were wrestling at a tournament. The only things we wish we would have known is that the one available bathroom listed is inside one of the 2 bedrooms so that was a little inconvenient. As well as there was no futon or couch in the kitchen like the listing mentions for an extra bed we were expecting. So we had our 4th person stay elsewhere. Everything else worked out fine.

Uncomfortable stay

When we checked in, there was a cigarette on the floor of the bedroom, I put it on the dresser thinking it belonged to the cleaning crew and I know they can be expensive. So management charged me a 300 smoking fee even though no one in my group smokes. The pictures show a couch which implies a living room area. There is no couch. There is no living room. The only bathroom in the unit was in my bedroom so anytime the kids needed the bathroom, they had to go through my bedroom. There is not a cabinet to put groceries in. The ACs are incredibly loud and right next to the beds. So it was really hard to sleep well. The neighborhood is clearly run down and not within walking distance to what I wanted. I really should have just left as soon as I saw how terrible this place is.
