The studio is a spacious 600 sq ft and completely remodeled and independent from the house. You have your own private exterior entrance and your own bathroom. It is also equipped with a full kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay!

PLEASE NOTE: The swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool is shared with other guests. The property is adults only, no children or infants permitted.

Located just a 10 min drive from McCarran Airport and the Strip.

The Studio is 100% private and features extra pillows, a queen-size bed and fresh linens, plus a large closet, air conditioning, refrigerator, private bathroom, kitchen, work desk, LED TV and more.
FREE Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.
The property is adults only; children and infants are not permitted.
We will have coffee and tea in the kitchenette area.
Complimentary WiFi is provided.

Individual door codes/key box codes are sent on the day prior to your arrival.

You will find a key to the pool gate inside of your room. Please do not lose this key.

All guests have access to the swimming pool, backyard BBQ grill, outdoor pool bar with Led TV and another exterior areas.

I live nearby and am usually available to help with any issues. Please send all messages through Airbnb. You will receive my phone number for urgent matters with your check in instructions.

Additionally, if your stay is longer than one night, you will see the cleaners taking care of other suites as guests check out. I am in and out constantly, as is my friend Amanda. If you see us, say hi and let us know how your stay is going!

Please be sure to read the house rules before confirming a reservation:

Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. However, you may smoke in the pool/outdoor bar area.

Check in time is anytime after 2:00pm. If you are checking in late or overnight, we ask that you be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Please, make sure to observe the house rules prior to creating a reservation. Indoor smoking is NOT permitted (but you may smoke in our outdoor patio/backyard). No parties or events. (Only with authorization).
Check in time is flexible after 2:00 p.m.
Shoes are permitted inside. Not fire arms of any kind will be tolerated on the premises. Only guests who are named under the Airbnb reservations should be allowed on the premises. This is for the safety of both the guests and the hosts. Unregistered guests who are on the premises will be politely asked to leave. Visit to guest permitted with preview authorization and extra payment.
Security camera records 24 hours parking, front door and backyard, but NOT cameras into private areas.
