  • This fully furnished, turn-key 2 bed/2 bath condo is perfectly located in the middle of Las Vegas! Within a 10 minute drive to the airport, Las Vegas strip, UNLV, etc without ever needing to get on a busy highway! Grocery stores and Department Stores are 5 minutes away. Located on a bus route that heads straight to the strip.

    Located in a quite, private condominium complex with 2 pools, hot tub, and playground for children. This is a 2nd floor condo with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Fully furnished with linens, kitchen/table supplies, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

    Included in this rental: all utilities, 55" SMART TV with antenna for local stations, and internet . Small TV in each bedroom for streaming and antenna with local stations.

    Each bedroom has blackout curtains and white noise/bluetooth machine for optimal sleeping conditions.
