Rooms had noticable issues. the shelf was a table top on the supports. The showere curtain rod had been replaced but there were still holes in the wall from the previous rod. Shoddy to say the elast.

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There were hair balls in the walkway to the bathroom and what looked like makeup on the sheets.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. It was also clean. The property itself was old and run down and the parking lot needed to be redone badly.

Location was good, 2 or 3 blocks from Family we were visiting. Bed wasn't ever made, garbage wasn't pulled, the room was dusty. It wasn't the worst place but its not a place i would ever recommend.

Front clerk sounded agressive. No breakfast was included.The support and areas of our room had water damage. The non smoking room smelled like smoke.

The rooms smell musty, they never clean toilets, black gross stuff growing around rim of toilet and dried pee around the bottom. The tub had other people's hair stuck on the walls. The sheets smell clean, but there is someone hairs stuck on the sheets.

Terrible room. Carpet stained, bed may have been laid in as all pillows stacked to 1 side. Food left in rooms refrigerator. Walls paper thin, neighbors TV was clear as day. Didn’t complain because it was late and check in was difficult already as clerk did not speak good English.

I am always very leery of motels with local license plates in the parking lot and my skepticism was well placed here.This place is a dump where local low-level criminals stay to do “business “ ( I was solicited by a “working girl” in the parking lot).Ancient facility,shabby furnishings that other hotels threw away,old linens made of fiberglass...The fail is total.You’d be crazy to bring a family here.Spend a little more to get an acceptable accommodation.

This hotel was not good! The person who checked us in did not speak any English. When we got to the room we were given it was not cleaned. It was a challenge getting a room that had been cleaned and that room was not even very clean.

Overall it was a nice and quiet place, the room had a fridge and microwave so that helped with everything closed, the room was very clean and staff were all very nice, the room was a little outdated but that would be my only complaint but who cares it’s a small town and its somewhere clean and safe to sleep

I'm soooo disappointed. Our truck broke down and had to get it towed back to Albuquerque. They would not refund our room or let us change the booking for another date( we go to Las Vegas regularly and always stay here). So we were out $180 for the 2 nights on top of the repairs that we now have to do on the truck and the towing and I was hoping they would be understanding but they weren't. The site we booked with even tried to help us out and Regal would not budge.So we will no longer be staying here when we come back.

Looked like a locally owned motel. No breakfast due to COVID I would assume. Would’ve been nice to have a grab and go breakfast with some fruit/pastry. Extra $10 for 2 beds seems steep. Room was quaint and bed was comfortable. Small desk.

I like motels, parking outside my door and a window that opens for fresh air. My room was perfectly clean, plenty of plugs, plenty of hot water and spacious. The bed was fine, not a pillow top which I prefer. The price per night is extremely reasonable.
