Check in staff was rude. We waiting over 1.5 hours in the line to check in only to be told we’ll be charged a $25 early check in fee or come back which was another hour after a flight. At least offer online check in services and stop wasting guests time.

I didn’t get my deposit back

Our records indicate that your deposit has been released. At checked in, we authorized your credit card for 656.50. At checkout we collected the balance of 406.50, the difference was released. Most banks can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to finalize the final payment and release the pending hold. Please keep in mind the deposit will not reflect as a refund, it was not a charge! Only a pending hold. Thank you.

I liked you having a Starbucks. Although long lines. Maybe more people taking orders or prep? Pillows and bed were only sub par. No coffee pot or microwave in room. Clean and large rooms. But wall coverings were hanging not attached well. Maybe paint and unique pictures would be better.

The staff was very attentive. Housekeeping was great with specific requests. It was an overall very clean and neat hotel. What I didn't care for was the food. Im a southern and know good food and food wasn't really that good at all. I will most definitely stay again.

The thing my friend and I didn’t like was having to live out of our suitcase. Felt like we were in our dorm rooms, other than that the room was beautifully done. We especially loved the light mirrors!

The hotel itself is beautiful, safe, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants had very good food! I would definitely stay at the Sahara again!!!

Hotel looks new and clean... staff are good ,but I requested a room without carpet,they told me that is ok ,but they gave me a room with carpet anyway

My Only Issue With Our Stay, Was With The Parking. We Stayed On The East Side Of The Hotel. But We Had To Park Our Car On The West Side Of The Hotel. I Couldn't Understand Why We Couldn't Park Closer To Our Room.

This hotel had a very very bad smell even though i called the front desk and ask them to fix the problem but they still didn’t fix. The room decorated look scary and weird sound always on around the room.

The check in was smooth. The customer service was great but we didn’t get the room that was reserved online. We reserved a room with two queen beds but received two full beds. The room smelled like cigarettes and the toilet was not clean.

The staff were amaizng in ensuring myroom accomodations were of good quality. The recptionist smile and provided great service. The facilities were always clean. The main floor was spotless. Additionally, the air was clean and devoid of any unpleasant odors. Overall, I'd stay at the Sahara anytime I'm in Vegas.
