We recently booked three suites at the Signature at MGM Grand through StripViewSuites — two updated suites and one standard suite. Each suite included one bedroom, a fold-out sofa, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining area. We had specifically requested that all rooms be located in Tower 2, and we were very pleased that this request was accommodated.From the beginning, the team at StripViewSuites was exceptionally responsive and efficient in replying to emails and messages, which we greatly appreciated. The suites were exactly as described and met our expectations in terms of layout, cleanliness, and overall quality.Booking through StripViewSuites also provided excellent value, as it allowed us to avoid the resort fees and was more affordable than booking directly through the hotel.During our stay, we experienced one minor maintenance issue involving a blocked toilet in the second bathroom and a blocked kitchen sink. However, after contacting StripViewSuites, someone attended to the issue the very same day, which demonstrated their commitment to customer service.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience booking through StripViewSuites. The outstanding level of service was the main reason for our satisfaction, with the competitive pricing being an added bonus. We would highly recommend StripViewSuites to anyone considering a stay at the MGM Grand.
