This one bedroom suite features two plasma TVs with cable in the unit, two beds (one is a queen size pull out sofa bed in living room) and the other is a king size bed in bedroom both with egyptian cotton sheets, two full baths, DVD and CD players, marble and granite bathrooms with dual vanities, office desk, dining room, iHome clock radio, and luxury appliances in the kitchen (sub-zero frigerator and freezer, Miele, Bosch and Cuisinart appliances). I love staying at the MGM Signature. Great location, but not the craziness of a casino, but yet attached so you can conveniently walk to the MGM, bit go back to the peacefulness of a regular hotel. Love that it had 2 bathrooms.

great location and convenient property

Overall our stay was great and the host was very responsive with their communications. The furniture in the unit was a little tired but the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well kept, and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and would rent this unit again.

Vegas Relaxation

We stayed here to relax and enjoy the food scene after hiking several national parks.The unit was as advertised and Rafael was very responsive when there was a minor issue with TV service.The location was good, the free parking and valet was perfect and we enjoyed our stay without any concerns. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vegas.

Perfect!

We were in town for a conference at the MGM Grand. We needed a one bedroom with a space for a friend who stayed with us and this was perfect! It was so convenient to be in Tower 1 for the walk to the arena, etc. And perfect place to get away from the smoke and hustle and bustle. Rafael was a great host and always got back to me quickly with any questions or needs we had. The suite was well supplied. We are planning to stay again as it was perfect! Thank you Rafael!

Everything was pretty good here. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing upon arrival and had to wait a few hours for it to get fixed but that wasn’t too bad. The view from the room isn’t fantastic as it’s on the 3rd floor but otherwise we had a great stay.

Enjoyed the stay

This is the third time I've stayed at The Signature and will do so again. It's spacious. We really enjoy the two bathrooms even when it is just two of us. The location so convenient to the Strip without having to be in a casino.

Great Stay

Great stay at Mr. Perry's place. So nice to have a kitchen suite plus balcony for less money that a standard hotel room. Tower 1 is the best, with quick access to the moving sidewalk over to MGM Grand. Was only there 3 nights, but will stay longer next time. Communication with Rafael was superior.

Perfect location for seeing a show at the MGM arena. I’m not sure why folks were complaining about the carpet, seems pretty petty. The room was spacious, really nice having two full bathrooms, clean, and had all amenities. We were able to easily walk up and down the strip pretty quickly. Free valet was a plus. If we come back to Vegas we would definitely stay here again!

First Time in Vegas

Had an awesome first time in Vegas, really enjoyed this suite in Signature MGM Towers!! Suite was nicely laid out with 2 full bathrooms which was a huge plus. You could see the Sphere from the bedroom window which was super cool at night!! Easy access to the monorail which we used everyday we were there. Check in and out was a breeze! Rafael was a terrific host, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Spacious, and Welcoming

My friends and I have stayed at the MGM Signature several times. Check-in is always seamless, bags are brought up quickly, and it's a perfect distance to the metro and all the fun of the strip. Rafael's property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The couch bed was perfect for 2 adults. We came for the race weekend and were pleasantly surprised to have a partial view of the track! Only 1 turn, but it was a fun surprise.
