    Our pool/backyard maintenance crew may pay you a visit during your stay to inspect and treat the pool or perform landscaping. You won't have to do anything because our pool guys enter via the side yard, while our landscapers merely go to the rear and don't need or have access to the house. Cleanliness is just one of our top most priorities.

    Other things to note
    • PET POLICY. Prior approval is required for pets, and additional fees will apply. The fee is $275 for up to 2 pets. If more than 2 pets are approved, there is an additional charge of $50 per pet.

    • QUITE HOURS are 10 PM TO 8 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY and 10 PM TO 10 AM ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

    • NO SMOKING INSIDE. All our properties have a no-smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $1,500.00 fine.

    • HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Overoccupying the home will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.

    • MAIL DELIVERY POLICY: We request that guests do not use our address for mail deliveries. Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay for door-to-door service. Our mailbox is not available for guest use. If you have packages delivered post or pre-stay, we cannot guarantee their security or retrieval.

    • NO LARGE GATHERINGS/ PARTIES. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in fines up to $2,500 and loss of booking.

    • NO OUTDOOR MUSIC. Amplified outdoor music is against Las Vegas' ordinances. No outdoor music (day or night), including music from any mobile device. Any violation will result in fines of up to $2,500 and/or cancellation of the booking.

    • MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. Guest of record must be 25 years of age or older.

    • EARLY AND LATE CHECK IN/OUT. Early and late check-in/out depend on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Early check-in: $25/hr. Late checkout is $50/hr..

    Note: Our pool technician may stop by during your stay to service and maintain the pool. This is a routine visit to ensure the water stays clean and safe. They’ll only be working outside and won’t need access to the house.

    •BBQ Grill: Please note that propane tanks for the BBQ grill are not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own, or they may use and refill whatever propane was left by previous guests.

    • Backyard Maintenance: Our gardener may visit to take care of the yard and keep the outdoor areas looking their best during your stay. They’ll remain outdoors and won’t enter the home.

    Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without refund and/or a fine.

    Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc.), as well as damages and house rule violations (smoking, parties, unregistered guests, etc.), will be deducted from your security deposit, which is $500 or more, depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.

The location was perfect for attending a tradeshow at the Convention Center. The home has serious potential as the kitchen and layout are great. Where it lacks is comfort the mattress's are hard and the pillows and bedding are old. We stripped the beds down and slept with the sheets only. The room with the two beds needs an upgrade the window coverings the blinds do not fit properly and the sun shines in so brightly that sleeping was difficult with neighbors lights and sun. Honestly the house has some serious potential and the managing host was great at replying when we had an issue about the showers water not being very hot in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. They offered to send someone to look at it but the knobs didn't seem to turn all the way to get it hot enough. Small things made the stay not perfect but again it was a convenient location showing real promise if the small things are looked at. Would stay again if the changes are made. Side note if booking because it has a pool don't as it is not heated and the water was freezing since there is no solar blanket to help warm the water. Would have been nice on the 100 degree weather to go swimming.

spacious and nice pool (but not heated)

A very spacious unit, with a nice big pool (although it is not heated and in late March even with high 80's/low 90's the pool was too cold for use sadly). Location was good/central if you have a car - 10 min from the strip. Unfortunately I was left with a bad taste, as before booking I asked twice about a king bed and mentioned it was very important to my wife. I was assured both times there was a king bed and not to worry. Then within 30 minutes after booking, I was told it was a mistake, and no king bed. They did offer a full refund, but I would have lost on Credit card exchange conversion rates (couple hundred 's on an 8 night stay), and follow up with VRBO just wasn't in me....unfortunate and not sure why it happened. I did get an apology, but no explanation, and I didn't appreciate that. But the unit is good overall.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I would make is to have gas available for the grill, as I had to buy a new tank and basically left it full. We also would have loved it if the pool water hadn't been so cold. Overall, everything else was very good.

Terrible experience. After confirming our stay, we received the list of instructions from the property management company. Immediate red flag was, "ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER – NOTHING ELSE!Flushing wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any non-toilet paper items will result in a 250 emergency pump fee if it causes a sewer backup." It is clear that the property already had plumbing issues.We specifically booked this location because it had three bathrooms so that every group in our party could have a private one. First night there, my son used the restroom and the toilet overflowed. He did not have access to any wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper. Long story short, that bathroom was out of service for our entire 6 day stay, and for a large part of that stay, plumbers were in and out trying to fix it. The plumber told us that there was a broken pipe, and that the property had "old pipes."We've been in contact with the property management throughout the entire process. They offered us a 10% refund, or to relocate us 3 days into our stay. We were there for a basketball tournament, were traveling with two teenagers, and did not have time to relocate. We ended up dealing with the issue by sharing a bathroom, which completely defeated the primary reason we chose this property, and had to deal with strangers in and out at all hours. The company blamed us for the pipes, stating that the problem was due to wipes being flushed, contrary to what the plumber stated.
