Views of the Strip from the balcony. 2 min drive/taxi or 25 min walk to the Strip. 10 min drive to Allegiant Stadium and Fremont Experience. Easy access to freeway to reach other areas of the city!

This property uses a video doorbell for the security of my guests and neighbors. Additionally, a noise monitoring device (Minut) is in the property to ensure the neighbors are not disturbed during quiet hours. It does NOT record actual sounds and conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). If you have additional questions do not hesitate to ask :-)
