Stunning Luxury Villa,5 BR,4.5 BA Pool/Jacuzzi/Gym

  • Our newly remodeled home offers a luxurious stay for those travelers who do Vegas in style and class.

    WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, EVENTS, AND/OR SMOKING!!!
    5 bedrooms with 7 beds offer shared sleeping for up to 14 guests. Our fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated living room offers everyone a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The backyard offers an oasis where you may soak up the sun, enjoy the Pool, Spa, Gym, outdoor lounging and dining.

    There is an extra charge per day/night of $50 to heat up JACUZZI during traveler's trip.

    If the traveler wants to heat up the POOL in additional to JACUZZI, an extra charge per night will be $150 per day/night including Jacuzzi.

    The maximum temperature for the pool can get up to 80-82*

    !!! Guests are NOT ALLOWED to operate the pool equipment themselves !!!

    Vacuum pool cleaner MUST stay inside the pool under the water ALL THE TIME and CANNOT be removed from the water!!!
    Pool & Jacuzzi operates and is controlled by Management or the owner upon traveler request between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.

    Pool gets professionally cleaned and its water chemical levels maintained weekly. If you see leaves, flowers, or even dirt, which is common due to the high winds in Vegas, don’t worry. You may use the pool leaf rake to remove it throughout your stay but rest assured that the water quality is safe for swimming.

    ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!!!
    Smoking in the house will result in a $500 charge!!!

    We allow to bring NO MORE THAN 2 PETS. (ONLY DOGS!!!) Sorry - NO CATS!!! There is a 285$ pet fee will be involved.
    Bringing pets without permission will result in a charge to your deposit for full pet fees for your stay (per pet policy rates) plus an additional $100 charge.**

What we needed

Everything we needed, and nothing we didn’t was available at this house. Big, bright home with great pool/jacuzzi and tons of space. Parking (garaged) on property and secure gates for the lot and the house.

Family visit

Overall the stay was great. Very quiet area, 15-20 minutes to anywhere on the strip or to the airport. Attractive, roomy and relaxing home with nice outdoor area. Room to sleep 14 adults in beds. Other than some property cosmetic issues the only negative was that the hot tub and pool can’t be heated at the same time, one or the other

Complete misrepresentation

This property is a joke, It's dirty, old, and in an unsafe area. Completely misrepresented on line with untrue pictures. It is not worth the price. We would never stay here, even if it was free, and left immediately. When we called VRBO for help, there was none. What a horrible, fraudulent experience.
