Perfect Location for Events at South Point

For those coming into town for events at South Point, this spacious, clean home is a great quiet break from the Casino. 4 minute drive to South Point. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful. Totally recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful and comfortable house. One of the beds were a little high, but there was a stool to get on the bed. Close to the strip, the sphere, to Trader Joe's. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!!!

A Beautiful Home for your Vacation Stay!

I booked this property for a family vacation for Las Vegas on Aug. 4th to Aug. 6th. The home is beautiful, clean and organized. The location of the property is ideal as it is only 15 mins from the Vegas strip and 13 mins to the Harry Reid Airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping locations in the area. The communication with the property owner (Rae) was responsive & timely. Check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas please do not hesitate to book this property rental. 10/10 rating. Thank You for your hospitality Rae :)

Great spot for us to stay for my parents anniversary - the beds were comfy, the covered back porch was great in the mornings and evenings, the house was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe, loved having fans and a humidifier and washer/dryer on hand, and after reaching out to the manager, we managed to figure out the thermostat to keep the temp at 72 for some good sleeps (thanks Rae!).

Just as advertised! If you want to go to the strip but don’t want to be surrounded by waves of party goers this is the perfect location I think. Huge plus just blocks from great eats and a neighborhood Walmart. We lucked out. We got to attend the GV Knights’ victory / Stanley Cup parade. Thank you for sharing your property!
