Las Vegas get away
We enjoyed the beautiful private back yard. The swimming pool and hot tub were a daily event!! Excellent big screen TV in the family room. We had a wonderful vacation together!! Kitchen was clean and well set up for some fun meals. Thank you Tim, Cheryl, and the boys!!

Wonderful Family Time
We rented this home for a week for our family. The home was perfect for us. We all had our own bedrooms and the living room and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Our granddaughters spent most of their time in the pool. We paid to heat it and glad we did because it was a bit chilly. Randy (Evolve Host) was awesome. He was very responsive and helpful answering the questions we had. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. There are lots of restaurants and a grocery store/Target/Sam's Club nearby. It's fairly close to the strip and several golf courses. (I would recommend that the home be stocked with more plastic glasses/bowls/plates for the pool area. Also, the home could use more plates/silverware. There were nine of us and we were constantly washing dishes.) Overall, we loved this rental and would book if it again if we return to the area.

Good location, would stay again
Location was good, the pool and hot tub looked to be as advertised (we didn't heat or use the pool, however). Communication was easy and fast. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Home
House was great size for our group. Allowed each to have their own room and with 3 seperate living areas and the outdoor pool area everyone was comfortable. The property manger stayed in touch and kept up with all our needs.

Great pool
For the family/kids it was great to be off the strip. Great backyard with pool and Sauna. Road noise can be loud during the day but relatively quiet at night. Property manager was fantastic and if I had needed anything I know all I would have to do is ask and he would deliver. Thank would have preferred to be a little closer to the strip but the property and pictures were as advertised.

This house has anything you need. The host took care of all the needs and details. Big spaces indoor, fun and well maintained outdoor, pool, spa, grill, gazebo. Just name it. The only downside is the 30'ish min drive to the strip and that the yard is on a noisy junction

Highly recommend this property for groups and kids!
We would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a group or families with kiddos. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with wonderful plants and trees, the shaded areas were great for daytime, and the heated pool and hot tub were great in the night when it was chilly. The house was very clean, there was lots of space for our group size, and there were many helpful Items available – – books, games, kitchen, items, pool towels, etc. The back of the property does sit along a somewhat loud street, but it did not bother our group at all.

Beautiful and comfortable
We stayed for a week and the check in- out process smooth. The house offered many wonderful options such as a hot tub and pool table (need better cues). We did it use the pool (heating charges were not in our budget). The bathrooms were clean but there was dust and some sticky mess on the floor that cleaning crew missed. They were super responsive got it cleaned when we complained. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home and great management!
We had a blast on our vacation at this house! Very clean and very spacious. We were a party of 10 and it seemed as if we were missing some people at points because the house is so spacious. Randy was very helpful and quick to respond to any message. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a big clean house

My wife left a diamond necklace at the home when we left Vegas. Imagine a cleaner or anyone in the process says they could not find it. they found it and mailed it through the post office safe and secure. Grateful and will return!

This was our annual cousin’s trip the house suited us perfectly we would definitely rent again the only issue we encountered was the pool it is a none traditional pool there should be significant signs/placards posted on the patio door or immediately by the pool to warn guest that the deep part of the pool is in the middle & shallow is on the side if you have non swimmers this can become an major issue

The house was great. It has alot of room for everyone to have their own space. Not a big deal, but thought there were TV's in all bedrooms (only master bedroom). Large TV in both sitting areas. Lots of pots/pans. Need to add a few various size mixing bowls. Pool was very nice!! I would stay here again if I visited again.

Stayed here before but this time was disappointing.
We showed up and the pool was filthy. Called the propertymanager and they did come and clean it again. Unfortunately, it remained pretty dirty the entire time. The waterfall was not working. We didn’t have any garbage bags and not have enough toilet paper or towels. Contacted the property manager and never heard anything so we had to go to the store and buy our own toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The property has a lot of deferred maintenance. We are disappointed because we loved staying in this property in the past….

When you let us know the pool appeared dirty, we had our pool technician come the following day to service it again. -We provide many trash bags under the sink, and enough toilet paper to accommodate the number of guests for their length of stay. -We are conscientious owners whose goal is always to provide the best possible environment for our guests, and we felt we did this for you. We had a great time! Property as described! Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for that large house. The outdoor patio was so beautiful. If you are considering whether you need pool heat in April, you do! The house also has pool toys, which was great. The house is very chilly and on a temperature schedule, so if you don’t like air conditioning, bring layers. When the sun is up, you are up! If you need darkness, bring a night eye mask. All in all, it was a phenomenal time! We’d absolutely come again with a large party.

The house is amazing! We wished we had more time here but we were here for a short time visiting a friend for her birthday! It is a beautiful house! The pool and hot tub were just what we we looking for! The large TV room was perfect for watching sports games as a group. No complaints at all here. Would highly recommend this rental.

The house is twenty minutes away from The strip and the supermarkets are one to three minutes away. The pool was great especially with weather so hot. The kitchen is amazing and the master bedroom is wonderful. Love to stay again,

The house was spotless clean. Checking in and out was super easy. I personally LOVED how super soft the carpet was. Felt like I was walking on clouds. The outside pool and jacuzzi was very nice. The house is in a great location which is pretty much close to whatever you can think of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was everything that we hoped it to be! Thanks Randy!

Amazing North Las Vegas Home
I can’t begin to express the amazing time we had at the home for our annual ladies weekend getaway. The house is absolutely stunning and equipped with all of the comforts of home and more. The neighbors were very friendly. The property manager Randy was very accessible during our entire stay, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay at the home was a most memorable experience. I can honestly say that this was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Las Vegas area.

What can’t I rave about. Nothing. This house is AWESOME. I actually want to buy it. From layout of the house to the incredible back yard this house is amazing. Oh ya and then you have the master bedroom. It is HUGE. Randy the manager was incredible. So helpful. Look forward to my next stay at this property.

I can’t express how good of a stay this was. I spent my birthday there with friends and family, and it was very spacious just enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was absolutely beautiful. We did have a few issues that were minor. Linda and Randy responded right away and took very good care of us. Linda even compensated us for the mishaps which I feel was very admirable. The pool and back yard area were great, my grandkids and I had a bsll in the pool. We will definitely stay here again.
