    We offer a free 48-hour Cancellation post-booking. We can also provide additional listing photos post-booking if desired. No parties. All guests including visitors must be on the reservation. We do NOT allow music in the backyard - inside music within reason is fine. If you are from/local to Las Vegas, we do not allow 1-day stays for locals, multiple day stays required if you are from Las Vegas.
