$2,500 per week or $7,000 per month. Furnished Waterfront Pool Home on one of the most prestigious streets of Desert Shores in gated Spinnaker Cove. This home is fully remodeled and features a pool, a beautiful view of the lake, and private dock. Very light and bright with new big windows that take full advantage of the views. Very well maintained inside and out. Walk the community trails, go to the beach, fitness center, community pool, park, or playground. A short walk or bike ride to restaurants, shops and The Spa at Lakeside. Desert Shores is centrally located on the northwest side of town just adjacent to Summerlin. Lake front properties don’t come on the market often, so don't wait long. Use of the boat is not included.
