"The toilet did not flush well. I had to wake up the receptionist in the middle of the night to get a plunger. She first told me that I had to wait until the morning, but ultimately brought a plunger. We had to plunge the toilet after every 2-3 flushes. The internet that was listed in the room was 50 kbps. I needed to make a Zoom call, and the receptionist gave me a code for better internet access. As the name indicates, Loft 21 is meant to be used as apartments. The hotel function is set up more for long-stay rather than brief visits. It is probably not appropriate to use as a short-stay hotel."
