The trullo consists of four conical structures with an adjoining lamia and a guesthouse.

🏡The detached lamia, which is part of the trullo, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette built around the old hearth, plus a small refrigerator and sink.
It also features a Smart TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The annex is air-conditioned.

🏡The Dependance, on the other hand, features a living room with a table, a full kitchen, a refrigerator, a microwave, a Smart TV area, a laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower.
It also includes a comfortable and private double bedroom.
The Dependance is separated from the main building by a very large courtyard equipped with a table, chairs, and outdoor sofas.

🏡In the historic part of the main trullo, you’ll find two rooms separated by a small hallway: a double bedroom with a fan, and an alcove with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a fan.
Air conditioning is not necessary inside the trullo (it is available in the lamia and the guesthouse) because the thick walls ensure an optimal microclimate in the summer.
One of the rooms features a fireplace, and the other room includes a fireplace and a small refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, and sink.

🪵🔥During the colder months, the property is perfectly comfortable, as it is equipped with electric heaters (in addition to the two working fireplaces) plus a beautiful wood-burning stove available in the guesthouse.
The trullo also features an outdoor shower with hot water, which is especially useful during the summer months.

🍕🍗A wonderful wood-fired oven where you can bake bread, pizza, and more if you’d like... There’s also a barbecue for fantastic lunches and dinners featuring meat and fish.

🧀🫒Nearby, there are several farmsteads and farms that can be visited upon request. Artisanal gourmet products typical of the Itria Valley can be purchased on-site.

🐎🐑We made a conscious decision to preserve the natural environment and the land surrounding our property by choosing not to build an on-site swimming pool, thereby preventing contamination of the surrounding soil and groundwater.

🌊🏖️You’ll find wonderful beaches just a few kilometres away.
