Cockroaches in the fitness center, most tap beer was inoperable and menu items limited to the very basic. Probably as expected for decaying facility but hoped for better when passing through

We liked everything about it but our room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Really bad. I'm not an anti-smoker either but it was bad.

Property was nice liked the river view...what i didnt like was that my sheet was ripped ...housekeeping needs to be more careful watch out for torn sheets to dirty or stained towels. Place was ok need to be updated.

To much noise at the right side of the top of parking garage we not sleeping in two nights and the smoke smells everywhere we love the property is beautiful clean the people from desk the last person was a professional the others may need more training on costumer information they represent this wonderful Resort tanks for all

The elevators in this place are TERRIBLE! Six elevators and only three working at best. VERY long waits on your floor to catch a ride down. Waits as long as 5-7 minutes. Check in and out we’re very good and waiter for breakfast in their cafe was SUPER!

Just returned from a 5 day stay at the Aquarius. We reserved two rooms. They were very accomodating and got us both rooms on the same floor. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The view of the river was amazing! Anytime we needed extra coffee or towels, housekeeping brought them right away. Check in and out was really easy. Staff were very friendly. The pizza and pasta was so delicious at River Rock inside hotel. The cafe "Duet" served delious coffee and baked goods. I cant say anything but good..our stay was perfect. Being it was our first time staying here, we will definitely stay again on our next get away.

The shower was a danger to anyone. Warm then very hot at a minute. People will be burnt! A week-end plus 2 days, one elevator working. Does no staff notice this??

Worn out property, self check in wasn’t accepting my information. Overheard comments”don’t help anyone over there, they can go wait in line no matter how long it is”. Not exactly the welcoming atmosphere I expected, self parking is mayhem and almost forced me to valet. I doubt I would ever return to this property or any other owned by this company

The property was great. Friendly Valet, check in was fast and efficient. People were all very nice throughout the casino and had a really nice time and will go back. Couple negatives were the elevators, as there were 6 but it seemed like only 3 were ever working and only having McDonalds and Subway open late night caused long lines for dining options.

Decent casino property right on the river. River walk was pleasant in the heat. River taxi is super convenient (and fun!) for getting around. Property was clean, but is on the older side. The person who checked us in was great, wish I could remember her name to thank her personally. The pool was disappointing - way too crowded to enjoy and could use a facelift/better chairs/some shade/etc. Restaurant food was also just ok. Basically, it's fine - but nothing outstanding.

I understood this is one of old hotel. But the it was not that bad based upon the price wise. Good Restaurants & Clean circumstances. Looking for the room with jacucci, but they did not. The Only thing I like to mention to you was, Nosie protections were not good. I heard the other room's conversation.

When booking my stay, I searched for properties that were pet friendly Expedia showed The Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection as pet friendly. After checking into the hotel, they told me I couldn't have my dog as they weren't pet friendly. They wouldn't refund my money as it was booked through Expedia.
