Tucked away, hidden from sight, is this modern two bedroom spacious apartment. Offering remote controlled single garage, with walk in straight to the apartment, two bedrooms with queen beds, modern bathroom with walk in shower, open plan contemporary kitchen, lounge & dining area. Both dining & lounge areas open up to two separate balcony areas. Each capturing morning &/or afternoon sun. The rear balcony has a bbq & outdoor dining area, for you to enjoy. The modern kitchen has all that you'll need to whip up some local produce gourmet delights!

The apartment is on level two of an office building, which is only occupied Monday-Friday, during the day.

Launceston CBD is approx. 3.2km from the apartment. With the Launceston General Hospital approx. 4.4km from the apartment. Utas Stadium is 1.5km away.

This is a great location to base yourself whilst exploring the region or if you're here for work is a perfect home away from home alternative.
