Located on the city fringe, this three bedroom character cottage is a must to stay in when visiting Launceston. Exuding original charm, with modern comforts, you're sure to feel right at home the minute you check in.

Offering three spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom, contemporary sun filled open plan kitchen/living/dining that opens onto a spacious deck, along with a secure double garage. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry, that leads into the laundry area. And there's plenty of room in the secure back yard for children to play.

Great location in a beautiful part of Launceston

We loved the location and the property was super convenient for us all. The old buildings around this area of Launceston and the park down the road were just great. I would stay here again. Loved it!

Home away from Home

Beautiful property, close proximity to everything. Handy having a garage and knowing your vehicle is safe. Beautiful rear deck to relax on and enjoy the sun Shame people don't pick up after their dog.

Quiet & Comfortable

We found the property to be in a very quiet location and comfortable. Spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of storage areas and a large back yard. Kitchen was good, but could do with a little extra cleaning. Cooking utensils, pots, pans & appliances could do with an update.
