"The apartment was as described and exceeded expectations. Everything was of great quality and felt like staying at a friend's, not a rental. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I gave the hotel 5 stars because everything was amazing! I live in Florida and came to Ohio to be with my son, who is autistic and recently was diagnosed with IgA nephropathy stage 5. He was going to begin the process of getting a donor kidney. He is 33 and I also had his autistic brother, who is 19, with me. Mercedes happened to be the desk clerk when I checked in. There was a mishap with my check in dates and Mercedes handled it professionally. Because I was from out of town I wanted to have a place to hang with my kids and 3 grandkids and the pool was perfect! The kids were really loud and I was worried they were disturbing the lobby area. I apologized to Mercedes for them being loud and she said they couldn’t hear it with the double sets of doors. She gave the kids snacks and told me not to worry about the messes they made. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel was extremely clean and I had no issues with anything, which is typically not true with a hotel stay. She gave us a room that was away from other rooms, which was good because my boys can be loud. The boys loved the hot breakfast and so did I! I really had no complaints! I will make this my regular stay when I come to visit my kids. ❤️ it was a bit pricier than the other hotels by it, but it was definitely worth the extra money for an uncomplicated stay!!"

"My wife and I had an awesome experience at the loft. It was beautiful home, comfortable bed, and an amazing hot tub. It was a great location to lots of beautiful wineries and scenery. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks to the amazing hosts!!"

"The place was nice in a great location. The welcome email that was sent was outdated. The shed passcode in the welcome email was wrong and when the owner was contacted for the correct shed passcode she was dismissive. Also, we did let them know we would like to use the kayaks to “get ready” however they were muddy and we had to clean them ourselves before use. But overall it was a nice weekend place to stay."

"Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire ring, gazebo with table and chairs. There was wood provided for the fire. We didn't know if we would need wood so we took some. Left it for the next guests. Just a suggestion for a few more kitchen items, pizza cutter, serving bowls and spoons, only service for six in dishes and silverware which meant washing dishes after every meal. They need a few more dish towels and dish cloths with having to wash and dry dishes. A dish drainer would be helpful. It was great that they provided beach towels to use. Beautiful air fryer oven but we couldn't find a user manual. We didn't use it because we didn't want to damage it. This house is all newly renovated and so nicely decorated. Great large wall TV in living room with beautiful picture. Backyard very private and so relaxing. Great washer and dryer. Wifi worked great. Lots of parking in drive way. Host was so helpful when we had had difficulty with front door lock. We had a great week. Would come again. They provided makings for s'mores and really enjoyed them over our fire. Thanks."
