The employee at the desk was rude half the time and lazy. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The door entering the room, barely shut and you could see right through the crack between the door and the door jam. The pillows were yellow stained so where the towels

typical old motel. furniture and fixtures were from the 70s or 80s. toilet seat had to have been older than me. the white veneer was wearing off. it is amazing to me a place won't invest is $10 toilet seat! caulking wad bad or needing repair everywhere. carpet looked new but everything else looked like it came from the sitcom Good Times.

all in all not very neat towels were stained it
The room was filthy you take your shoes off your feet will turn black bathrooms aren’t the cleanest the vents in the bathroom look like they’ve never been cleaned would not recommend this place to anyone pillows you better take your own because you have to use three to make it feel like you’ve got one under your head all in all not very neat towels were stained it just was nasty will never stay again

Not a CHOICE hotel!
Our room was extremely dirty. The hand towel smelled like chemicals. The bath towel looked unwashed, had grease stains all over it. Night stands had crumbs around base of lamps. Pillows were old and not really a bed pillow. The lotion bottle was opened and half used. Not a CHOICE hotel.

Definitely a 2-star hotel. Staff was friendly, but condition of room was lacking, with a tear in the sofa and bed sheets, and noticeably worn out window curtains. Bed was uncomfortable for me and I couldn't sleep all night. However, bed firm/softeness is a matter of preference. Definitely not the worse I've ever seen, but certainly not my preferred place to stay. Guess it's ok for someone that is very tired and just needs to get some sleep during travel or something

Had a fall in front of camera and no one helped or called ambulance. Act as though they never knew it happened. Claimed to have coffee and tea at lobby but found no such thing. Had a coffee machine in rooms but no coffee. I was seriously injured and harm to left arm and bad bruises but couldn't get medical care because my insurance doesn't cover out of state. Need i say more?

Awful. You have to have cash 99% of the time because the machine breaks and you need to pay additional fees and taxes for pet. all outlets are broken.

The property charged me extra for extra people but on Expedia the price didn’t change for extra people. I thought this was ridiculous but I dealt with it because the manager at the desk kept watching me on camera. I thought the whole situation was suspect.

Nothing special. Clean enough, comfortable enough, quiet enough for a brief one-night stay. No complaints. A little disappointed that the only non-smoking option left was $12 more expensive than the smoking option. Might have been because it was 2 double beds, vs king bed availability.
