Top Laurentides Wildlife Reserve Hotel Reviews

OTL Gouverneur Saguenay

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the spot: pretty, elegant, quiet. Nice amenities with the spa outside and pool inside. Loved the cute gifts. Felt very welcome and at home. Had a great time and the breakfast was a plus!"

Hôtel Stoneham

8/10 Good

8/10 Good

"I will return especially for the spa experience. The receptionists were so sweet and so was the spa staff and the waitress in the restaurant. I had a great time overall. The only exception was the pub staff. The waitress who was bringing me dessert was talking with someone and dropped a dish of fruit compote on me and my dress on my birthday. My dress was ruined and I could not take pictures on my special day because I only traveled with one dress. The pub manager did not come to say anything to me. The customer service and friendliness of the pub staff could be improved."
