The covered lower front deck provides the perfect aspect for enjoying the winter sun by day and protection form the southerly winds in the evening, the ideal position for the outdoor fire pit, for enjoying cozy evenings under the starry skies, with easy access to the extra fridge.

The oversized upper rear covered deck is equipped with a ceiling fan and Weber BBQ, showcasing the stunning North Brother Mountain, alfresco living at its best!
