The property and living accommodation is fine , staff lovely and welcoming. The road driving into the property needs upgrading ASAP , as it is a downer in presentation. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we did want to give a detailed review on our stay. Starting with the good: A/C was amazing for the humid hot weather Shower had amazing pressure Bathroom was spacious The room itself had a lot of space Bed was super comfortable Daily room clean was helpful We were able to connect our Netflix to the TV and it worked a treat when we were home from a long day out. The food from the restaurant that we ordered was good. The not so good: The bedsheets, pillows and blanket provided were stained, badly. Also noticed that when the cleaners come to clean, they don’t change the bedding. When we first got there we were given the wrong room but they when they realised they sent us to the right room. The lawn needs to be mowed regularly. The breakfast is a bit sad. The resort is really quiet, like a ghost town. The workers there don’t really converse. There’s a door that connects to the other room next to ours so we could hear the guests in the other room which wasn’t really convenient. There’s rarely much to do there so it’s good to have a rental to go to places. There is a lot of potential at this place, just needs more life and more work. Other resorts close by are far more better in regards to friendly staff, great atmosphere and more activities to do there. We were hardly at the room, only to rest, shower etc before heading out again but if we were to stay there full 4 nights we would get bored very easily.

This is a three star property. The shower recess needs an upgrade. The screen door fell off my Bure and the aircon in my travelling companion’s Bure had a VB box around it as it leaked. She requested another Bure which was organised for her. The pool area was nice except the poolside lounges had no cushions hence they were uncomfortable to use. There was very little or no TV reception. The property was kept tidy. If they spent a bit money to upgrade a few things it will be a lovely place to stay. The staff were fantastic, very obliging. Great menu in the restaurant, breakfast was good and the coffee at the restaurant was exceptional. We only had dinner (curry) in restaurant one night and it was beautiful.
