"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."

"This property is not ready to accept bookings. When I arrived from the airport, I was told that the hotel was not available and was sent to stay at a different property with much lower standards. If I had wanted to stay there, I would have booked that hotel myself instead of booking Nest Inn. There was no communication or advance notice about this change, which made the experience very stressful and disappointing. Taking bookings for a property that is not ready is misleading to guests. "Excellent staff and well kept rooms. Good location by the beach and by other resorts. Far enough away from the city that there isn't constant noise. The airport is quite close, so of airport noise bothers you, I would consider finding another property..."
