We are only 2 miles from the world famous Lava Hot Springs.
-The cabin is situated so as to enjoy a gorgeous mountain/sunset view. The kids will never forget the playful woodlands bunk room, arcade and game room.
-Theater room is equipped with power recliners and 85” TV.
-Modern kitchen, outdoor lounging space and laundry amenities mean you can have all your needs met as you take in the views and hide away at this special place with loved ones. -The on-demand water heater makes it so everyone can use the amenities and bathrooms without running out of hot water. -The owner is an artist and you’ll find fun artistic surprises throughout the home from the tree trunk stairway to the wagon wheel window.

Perfect weekend cabin

Our friends go up to Lava Hot Springs every summer, we wanted a place with more space this year, and this was perfect! Beautiful cabin home with large bedrooms, a great theater room, and gorgeous views easily seen from the large windows. We loved the closeness to the city center, just a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend!

Attentive host

The owners were super easy to contact and very prompt in their responsiveness. Super convenient location to the World Famous Lava Hot Springs Foundation pools. Would love to come stay again.

We loved every thing about this house! evening and morning view on the patio is very relaxing and beautiful! the each rooms have special characters. I recommend to anyone to stay there when they are in town! It is close drive to town.

We had a very nice stay at your property. Everything was very nice. Lots of room for everyone. We were all happy with the house. The kitchen could use a few more pans, tools, etc. but we really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and all of the amenities provided.

Fantastic property and exceptional host!

This was by far the best property my family and I have stayed at when vacationing in Lava Hot Springs, ID. It is very spacious and provides excellent accommodations for sleeping, living and family rooms as well as bathrooms. Emily was such a great host. She was very attentive and made sure everything was tip-top and that we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend staying at the Whistling Wolf Lodge!

Family retreat- Papa

We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. Our kids thought the best gift to give their Nana is to give her an experience. They arrived earlier to decorate and hide the cars for her surprise arrival. She was surprised. Our host also decorated and left cream in the freezer for the blessed event. It was a great weekend.

Perfect place

This home accommodated us far past our expectations. Even though we didn’t spend much time at the house it was every part of perfect while we were there! We will always visit lava but have now found a home we will try and rent every time!! I was amazed on how big and spacious this house was! We went with my 4 adult kids and a few friends with their kids. The young adults got the basement which was perfect for them, our family friends and kids had the second floor and we had the top floor. Enough bathrooms and more room for more people if we wanted. We were a group of 10 but we could have had 4-8 more people stay comfortably! Highly recommend! the owners were amazing we only had one small minor issue and they called us right away to handle the issue! Perfect place only 7-10 mins from down town with but we got the feeling of being 50 miles away from town.
