Magnifique duplex de 111 m2 comprenant 3 chambres pour une capacité de 8 personnes.
Il est situé dans le quartier de Masseboeuf bâtiment Aiguillon au 1er étage de celui-ci . Vous serez au pied des pistes de ski et des sentiers de randonnées , avec vue sur la montagne. Sa magnifique terrasse plein sud de 23 m2 et son mobilier de jardin vous ravira été comme hiver.
Vous disposerez d'un parking couvert à proximité du bâtiment pour pouvoir garer un véhicule.

Ce duplex vous fera profiter sur son premier niveau d'un magnifique salon avec téléviseur et canapés dont un qui est convertible en 140x190. Il mettra aussi à votre disposition un confortable espace cuisine américaine équipée avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle/couvert, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière Nespresso, grille pain et bouilloire, appareil à fondue et raclette...Vous disposerez également du wifi dans l'appartement ainsi que d'un lecteur de DVD (nombreux DVD pour enfants à disposition). Toujours à ce niveau dans l'entrée, vous trouverez une première salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle et lave linge. Un wc indépendant s'y situe également.

A l'étage, vous trouverez une première chambre avec un lit double en 160x190, puis une seconde chambre avec 2 lits simples en 90x190 ainsi q'un canapé convertible en 140x190 et enfin une troisième chambre avec deux lits simples en 90x190. Une salle d'eau avec douche et son wc indépendant complèteront cet étage.

le linge de lit et serviettes ne sont pas inclus. Possibilité de le louer via notre agence sur demande.
