Access to the house is via stairs leading to the terrace or through the garage where you will find storage spaces for bikes, ski equipment..... You can park your vehicles on the side of the road in front of the property.

The first habitable level will offer you a leisure space with pool table, darts game, bar area, games room for children, an XXL laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (8kgs).

The second habitable level consists of a magnificent and very welcoming dining room open to the equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators including one with a freezer, SENSEO and NESPRESSO coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, raclette and fondue machine, toaster, kettle,...). A functional fireplace with wood and lighting equipment adds character to this room.

A lounge area then allows you to relax with its sofas, its maxi-format television and its bar area.
