The 35 m² studio is situated on the ground floor (accessible via 3 steps) and consists of a living room/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. From the private terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, you enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is 200 metres from the shore of Lake Maggiore and 450 metres from the Laveno pier, where the ferry to Intra departs.
