Freeman Hideaway is located in Lawrence, Kansas just minutes from the University of Kansas, Allen Fieldhouse, and downtown Massachusetts Street. Guests can easily reach KU campus, local restaurants, shops, and events within a short drive.

• The unit is on the lower level of our home. You’ll have your own private entrance down a set a stairs. This unit is not recommended for individuals with limited mobility.
• Full use of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and patio
• Free street parking

Additional Info:
• This apartment is below our family residence. We enjoy life and maybe allowed at times. We love hearing laughter from downstairs as well. Are quiet times - 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. There will be noise Monday through Friday between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. but it should quiet down after that.Additionally, we have two small dogs and two cats that are friendly and may stop by to say hello on the patio.
• We’re happy to provide local tips, restaurant recommendations, and KU area guidance to make your stay enjoyable.
• Tornado Safety: In the event of a tornado warning, we will use a bedroom in the lower-level unit that is not accessible to guests. Your space remains safe, and we encourage you to follow local guidance and take shelter in your unit if needed.
