Obviously with the price, this is a budget hotel. With that being said, the rooms are clean and nice--rooms are much nice than perhaps the outside looks. Staff is great and accommodating.

Our room was very humid/sticky and there was a lot of mold on the lamps, curtains and in the mini fridge. The vents above the check in counter were very moldy and black. The shower was ripped out if the wall and some water damage on the ceiling. The staff was very nice though. They did have an inside pool that seemed clean.

Other than running my card numbers too much....

Other than the guy at the front counter not really listening to me about my card to be on file that ended up locking my card up from the amount of times he tried to run it. It was a good peaceful experience were they didn't bother me unlike the other hotels I've stayed at in Lawrence KS have been in my experience.

Clean, basic hotel not far from KU

It was a clean, basic hotel. Room service is available if requested. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. The hot tub was not working, but they do allow pets ,and they do serve a basic breakfast.

Nice for the two night stay

The room was as we wanted, clean no odor, clean towels, beds where comfortable and clean as well, breakfast was good but needs unflavered creamer for coffee, may I suggest half & half , the one complaint would be the pool, there was no filter system and water seemed cloudy and unclean so we choose not to get in...
