In February everything is closed, ie trams, electric railway, Manx railway The whole promenade in Douglas is under re construction, Castletown castle, Peel Castle and Laxey wheel all closed also snarfed closed

The guest house was in a good location just off the promenade. Room was spotless and in very good condition. Bed was very comfortable and made daily. Room was well appointed. Breakfast each morning was high quality and everything was freshly made. Dora the proprietor was very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble if needed some assistance. I would definitely stay there again if in Douglas and would recommend to family and friends.

Sadly, the wheel was not working when we visited, however the area is very nice. Will definitely try and see this again on our next trip.
