The house is ventilated and bright, with the doors of the rooms opening onto the beautiful garden equipped with a BBQ and a seating area with pleasing views around.

Inside, a spacious living room welcomes you with a cosy sofa and a flat-screen smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The living area effortlessly transitions into an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities, including a cooker hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, and a fridge with a freezer.

Location

The holiday apartment is the perfect base to enjoy one of the most vibrant and fun parts of Lake Garda, with the Garda Aquarium, Movieland and Caneva Park just a 5-minute drive away. Guests can visit the historic town of Sirmione as well as the pretty waterfront of Lazise, both within a driving radius of 10-15 minutes.

The place also offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and gelaterias, reachable within 6-8 minutes by car. You can stay close to nature and hike the nearest trails, an 11-minute drive from here. From Lasize, you can take a ferry tour to visit the nearby towns. The nearest airport is the Verona Villafranca, a 40-minute drive from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2025 to the 22nd of September 2025
