  • Modern fully furnished two-room apartment on the third floor, balcony with lake view, 200m from the lakefront and very close to the center, 1 bedroom, Wifi, SAT Tv, sleeps 4, parking and panoramic lake view from the large shared roof terrace.
    Living room with comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the balcony with lake view for outdoor dining.
    One bedroom with spacious wardrobe and modern bathroom with shower and washing machine.
    The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, and toaster. Ironing board and electric broom

    The shared roof terrace with a beautiful view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book or just to relax at sunset.

    This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
    Free, unnumbered parking space right in front of the house.
    The heart of the historic center and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.

    CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
    EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
    LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
    CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
    LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
    Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.

Old accomodation

The appartment needs a refresh for furniture and decoration. The location is close to the lake and convenient, but you can hear the cars from the main street... The kitchen elements are limited.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ausgestattet. Das Schlafsofa nur bedingt für erholsame Nächte tauglich. Das Bett hingegen hatte eine sehr gute Matratze. Die Wohnung hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch (als wenn mal drin geraucht wurde). Die Duschkabine viel halb auseinander, es gab nicht beständig heißes Wasser. Am ersten Tag hatten wir die Türklinke vom Bad in der Hand, der WLAN Code funktionierte nicht. Die Gastgeberin war war nicht sehr engagiert und wirkte lustlos….letztendlich punktet die Wohnung mit der sehr zentralen Lage!

Wunderbare Unterkunft direkt am See

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rosella war toll! Wir hatten vom Balkon und der Dachterrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht. Die Lage war perfekt! In weniger als 2 Minuten konnten wir an der Strandpromenade nach Lazise laufen, was auch weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Rosella hat uns - trotz einer Verspätung unsererseits - sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Bei Fragen war Rosella immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns gleich weitergeholfen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder! ☺️
