Welcome to the cosy Residence Moky with swimming pool and garage, in a quiet and central area, a little south of the old town of Lazise.
The holiday flat Moky D13 is a mezzanine and has been completely renovated and furnished in a comfortable and functional way.

Bright living and dining room with dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, German filter coffee machine, moka, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks.
There is a large comfortable sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and double French door access to the private terrace and enclosed west facing garden. There is a garden table and chairs.
Large bedroom with a double bed 160x190, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and access with double French doors to the rear east facing garden. The second bedroom has a French sofa bed (one and a half) and a wardrobe with a safe. It is suitable for up to 5 people with the possibility of a small travel cot. In the bathroom there is a large shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. A clothes rack, ironing board and iron are available. All windows are fitted with shutters.

This flat is ideal because there is always sunshine whenever you want, either in the front in the enclosed garden or in the back garden with two deck chairs and a small table and chairs. It is located next to the communal swimming pool (12mx4m) which is open from june to september (depending on the weather).
In addition, the property has a parking space in the underground garage.

Residence Moky offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is in a very convenient location, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach the historic centre and the historic walls of the Scaliger Castle and also the famous beach of Lazise.

Sehr überholungsbedüftiger Zustand

Die Fotos in der Anzeige haben einen Oskar verdient. Das zweite Zimmer ist eher eine Abstellkammer als ein Schlafraum. Die Küche ist vorhanden..... Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einiges Kaputt. Zur Übergabe mussten wir über eine Stunde warten nach 10 Stunden Autofahrt. Da gibt es besser Methoden. (z. B. Schlüsselkasten) Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wunderschöne Gegend. Zur

Lazise

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Frau Consolini freundlich und nett. Das Küchengeschirr könnte sauberer sein, alles Mobiliar müsste mal eine große Revision durch machen.Auch die außen Möbel müssten erneuert werden. Aber alles in einem sehr guter Aufenthalt, wir waren zum 2ten x dort. Kann man weiter empfehlen.

Super tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge

Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten. Durch die zwei Terrassen, eine Richtung Osten eine Richtung Westen, hat quasi den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist TOP. Die Klimaanlage und die Rolläden, was ja selten für Italien ist, machen das Schlafen sehr angenehm. Bei uns hätten die Küchenschränke und die Türblätter Mal wieder feucht abgewischt werden dürfen. Die waren sehr klebrig und verspritzt. Zudem gehört der Schacht von der Waschmaschine wo das Pulver rein kommt Mal wieder ordentlich geputzt. Aber ansonsten alles super und gerne wieder...🤗

Tolle Unterkunft und Lage

Wir waren für 12 Nächte da. Es war sehr super. Die Auszieh-Couch für die Kinder ist vielleicht schon etwas älter, aber das ist nölen auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten alles da was wir brauchten, es war super sauber und die Kommunikation mit Rosella lief unproblematisch. Auch das es eine Tiefgarage gab, war klasse. Die Kinder haben den direkten Zugang zum Pool ausgiebig genossen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aussenanlagen waren sehr vernachlässigt. Der Garten bestand nur aus Unkraut. Die Liegen waren kaputt. Die Sonnenmarkise hatte Schimmel und war eingerissen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Super Service, bei Fragen ist das Team erreichen. Für eine Ferienwohnung sauber, allerdings doch kein Hotel. Klobürsten waren sehr ekelig. Die Wohnung erfüllt voll ihren Zweck. Der Pool um die Ecke ist wirklich nett.

Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage aber ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen kleinen Ferienwohnung. Einige Dinge - wie Auflagen der Sonnenliegen, die Sonnenliegen selbst, Handtücher oder Bettlaken - waren löchrig und defekt und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Nachdem wir uns eingelebt hatten, wussten wir aber die tolle Lage und den sauberen Pool zu schätzen. Es ist zu beachten - vor allem wenn man Haustiere dabei hat - dass die Gärten einer Doppeleinheit nicht abgeschlossen sind. Wir hatten unsere Hunde daher in stets an einer Schleppleine, was jedoch kein grosses Problem war.

A good choice

Beautifully decorated apartment in a nice location. A fifteen minute walk to the center of the Lazise and only five minute walk to the bus stop. A big plus for free parking and bicycles.

Super accomodation in Lazise

A lovely, well-equiped and comfortable apartment with outside seating front and back. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here especially the use of the bicycles to cycle to the lake. Thank you Rosella for a super holiday!

Vacanza bellissima ci tornerei subito

Siamo stati in 5 persone, l'appartamento è confortevole e molto tranquillo. Abbiamo potuto fare colazione nel giardino davanti ma abbiamo usato anche il giardino dietro. C'era tutto quello che serviva per cucinare e stare insieme in famiglia, i supermercati sono vicini. La piscina è molto comoda così vicina all'appartamento, avevo 2 bambine di 9 anni e mi sono sentita tranquilla. Lazise è bellissima e si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata, la spiaggia poi..... molto bella e attrezzata, adatta per una famiglia con bambini. La sig.ra Rosella è stata molto gentile e disponibile Consiglio questo appartamento

L'appartamento è ben arredato, con aria condizionata, wi fi, piscina, giardino privato. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Lazise. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Slecht vies appartement foto's zien er beter uit dan de werkelijkheid

Bij aankomst is er wel iemand, spreekt alleen Italiaans, laat zien wat je moet betalen terwijl ze continu met iemand aan de telefoon zit. Vervolgens worden de sleutels op tafel gelegd en geen uitleg gegeven over ook maar iets (bv waar alle sleutels voor dienen, hoe of wat met afval etc. etc.) . Verder is het appartement vies, kasten vallen uit elkaar, douchekop bijna helemaal dicht van de kalk precies 5 stralen kwamen eruit. Hebben direct een klacht ingediend, waarop we een nieuwe kast kregen, alleen moesten we die wel zelf even neerzetten en de oude op de hal zetten. Douchekop hebben ze wel zelf vervangen. En dan te bedenken dat er staat NIEUW appartement. Buiten is niet veel beter, zwembad wel redelijk schoon alleen kijk je tegen een oude muur aan en de andere kant een oud hek met daarachter een vervallen huis. Dus niet zo groen als op de foto's. Afstand naar Lazise is ook verder dan aangegeven. Jammer dat je sws een ster moet aanklikken.

Nicht wie erwartet

Ich versuche eine wirklich faire Bewertung. gebucht hatten wir Wohneinheit Moky 13. bekommen haben wir zunächst 10. Diese hatte im zweiten Schlafzimmer Stockbetten, was unsere Kinder überhaupt nicht mochten. Geschmackssache. Nach langer Diskussion konnten wir dann in die Nummer 14. Internet Anschluss gibt es keinen, auch kein Wlan - nach langer Diskussion haben wir ein mobiles Gerät bekommen, das leider nicht funktioniert hat. Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad sind grundsätzlich ok, das Kinderzimmer ist wirklich ganz winzig, aber immerhin. Sauberkeit der Wohnung - sagen wir mal ok, auch wenn im Bad Schimmel an der Decke ist und auch in der Küche nicht alles so ist wie es sein könnte. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und fällt zum Teil auseinander. Dafür ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer wirklich gut. Die Gärten und der Pool sind super . Auch die Tiefgarage ist prima. Am wenigsten hat uns die Betreung der Vermieterin zugesagt. Alles schnell schnell, kein vernünftiges Handbuch. Erst nachdem wir zweimal kontaktiert hatten nach zwei Tagen haben wir eins bekommen. Sie war schon weg ohne uns zu zeigen, wie man den Gashahn findet und bedient, zu Beginn hatten wir nur einen Schlüssel, keine Ahnung wir das mit dem Müll funktioniert usw. und sie ist uns absolut unfreundlich begegenet. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und finde ich auch sehr schade. In den Ort läuft man 10-15 Minuten, zum Strand kann man leider nicht direkt gehen, da man über den Campingplatz nicht laufen darf, man muss fast bis nach Lazise, um zum öffentlichen Starnd zu kommen. Also unterm Strich - der Urlaub war ok, aber ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmals buchen.
