Prestigious 85sqm apartment in a Villa of only four apartments, consisting of a double bedroom, a double bedroom for double use, living room with sofa bed, dining room with kitchen, bathroom with shower. the apartment is equipped with every comfort and each room has independent air conditioning, the beds have orthopedic mattresses, the kitchen is equipped with a multifunction oven, microwave, induction hob; the furniture is very nice with fine details and natural wood floors. Outside, the 100m2 porch and private garden equipped with sunbeds, outdoor tables, rattan lounge, cushions for the pool, gas BBQ. 2 bicycles, high chair and baby bed are available. washing machine The apartment is on the ground floor, two parking spaces available, direct access from the private garden to the swimming pool with three steps. The swimming pool is very large 15mt x 8mt h1.4mt and for the exclusive use of only four apartments, never occupied at the same time! The Villa is only 250m from the lake accessible via a private path and is in a quiet area just 2.2km from the center of Lazise, ​​which can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Outstanding Vacation Stay at the Garden Apartment by Lake Garda

We recently enjoyed a one-week vacation in the garden apartment by Lake Garda, and it was an exceptional experience. Rarely have we encountered a rental property with such a high standard of quality and attention to detail. The apartment is beautifully furnished with all the amenities one could need. From new, very comfortable mattresses that ensured a good night's sleep to a thoughtfully curated interior that includes everything from smartphone charging cables to coffee, laundry detergent, and insect-repellent candles. These little touches made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The hostess is wonderfully warm and takes exceptional care of her property. Her hospitality added a special charm to our stay. The garden is perfect for families, offering shady spots for dining and relaxation. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the enormous pool, which we had almost entirely to ourselves since the other guests were rarely around. The pool's saltwater was gentle and pleasant on the skin, and its cleanliness was impeccable. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. We will definitely be returning for another holiday in this delightful garden apartment.

Super Apartment with large pool close to the lake

We are a family of four and had a great vacation at Villa Augusta for two weeks. Booking and check-in was very seamless. We loved the clean and huge pool and although it’s very close to the lake and the camping site the accommodation was very quiet. Thanks, Sabrina, we enjoyed our holiday big time!

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Bildern, ist aber eher größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirkt. Es war alles sauber. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es schöne, große Schränke. Schön ist auch der große Außenbereich, wo man immer auch einen Schattenplatz findet. Die Poolliegen sind schon etwas älter, aber funktionieren noch. Der Pool ist riesig und wirklich toll. Die Kommunikation mit Sabrina, der Vermieterin, funktionierte sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage im Eltern-Schlafzimmer ist funktioniert nicht ganz so schnell, wie im Rest der Wohnung. Während unseres Urlaubs war es aber nicht so heiß, insofern war das für uns kein Problem. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, hatten leider sehr viel Verspätung wegen ungewöhnlichem Stau. Daher musste die Gastgeberin Sabrina sehr lange auf uns warten. Die Wohnung hat super viel Ausstattung, in der Küche, Waschraum und in der Abstellkammer hatte man alles, Besen, Spüler, Besteck, genügend Teller und Schüsseln und sehr viel Ausstattung zum Kochen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber, wird mit den anderen Gästen der Villa geteilt. Wir waren jedoch meistens die einzigen und die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich. Der Weg zum Strand ist durch ein aufschließbares Tor, man muss jedoch relativ lange laufen & bergab. Der Strand ist mit Sand, daher super und es gibt sehr viele Bademöglichkeiten. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können die Villa nur empfehlen. Sabrina ist immer verfügbar gewesen und Check-in und Check-out war reibungslos. Viele Grüße & vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine sehr tolle, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr und sämtlichem Zubehör ausgestattet. Außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine mit ausreichend Leine zum Aufhängen vorhanden. Zwei Fahrräder und ein Kinderfahrrad stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist super und sehr groß. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Diese Location ist nur zu empfehlen - wenn man einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub mit Familie / Freunden verbringen möchte, einfach passend. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Die gesamte Wohnung, der Garten und der Pool waren bei Ankunft sehr sauber & gepflegt und es gab nichts zu beanstanden! Tolle, saubere Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage!

Wir sind froh eine Woche Gast in diesem Apartment sein zu durften. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten direkt am Sandstrand. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und immer zu erreichen wenn man eine Frage hat. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung in wunderschönem Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist ist wirklich toll und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, bis ins kleinste Detail! Sabrina ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation funktionierte immer einwandfrei und sehr schnell. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ganz besonders schön ist die riesengroße Terrasse mit den verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und der direkte Zugang zum Pool. Der Pool selbst ist ebenfalls super und vor allem sehr groß. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, fast wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch die Lage ist großartig und sehr ruhig. Einfach toll!!

Wir haben 1 wundervolle Woche in der Villa Augusta verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, modern und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren mega bequem und dank der Klimaanlage konnten wir trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Wir waren die ganze Woche alleine in der Anlage und hatten den riesigen Pool ganz für uns! Super! Abends konnten wir von unserer Terrasse aus die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge über dem Gardasee erleben. Der schöne Sandstrand ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß über einen Privatweg zu erreichen. Der Empfang von Sabrina war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist schöner, als die Bilder es zeigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser Ferienwohnung. Alles super. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und alles vorhanden was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Auch die Ausstattung für den Außenbereich ließ keine Wünsche offen ( Liegen, Sitzsäcke, Sitzgruppe, Sonnenschirme.... ) Zudem war auch noch Gartenspielzeug für die Kinder vorhanden. Sabrina war sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Osterurlaub am Gardasee

Eine ruhige, geräumige Ferienwohnung in super Lage für Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee. Die Betreuung erfolgt direkt durch die Eigentümerin, die sehr freundlich ist, und gerne auch mit Ausflugs- und Essengehtipps unterstützt. Wir hatten glückliche zwei Wochen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Die Außenanlage(Terrasse etc.) war super. Schade ,dass der Pool nicht mehr offen war. Die Wohnung war ganz schön. Das große Bett ging so und das Sofa war etwas zu klein .Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Eine perfekte Woche

Wir waren für eine Woche mit unserer Tochter und unserem 2-jährigen Enkel in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat sehr viel Platz sowohl in der Erdgeschosswohnung als auch draußen. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr hochwertig. Wunderschöne Möbel, eine Kombination aus modern und antik. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren die ganze Woche allein in der Anlage somit hatten wir auch den Pool für uns allein. Der private Seezugang ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Gastgeberin Sabrina ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit einem Wort eine perfekte Woche. Wir kommen wieder.
