"Modern, private and great view of the garden in full bloom. Parking was no problem. Easy walk to grocery and also walked into central St Brieuc. Short drive to Gare SB. Nice drives to coastal destinations from St Lunaire to Ile de Brehat. Hosts were so hospitable! Memorable stay."

"The property is very good. The pictures in the app are accurate. The children and adults loved it. Going from pool to hot tub and back. The owner is lovely , greeting us with a box of vegetables from his greenhouse. Easy to contact, and sorted anything very quickly. Very rural, and lots of space for children to roam on their bikes in safety. They loved the gardens and huge trampoline. Fantastic beaches, within 15mins and Binic Sur mer is a treat."

"As stated by other reviewers the location of the property is perfect. It is near the sea, the shops and the restaurants, of which there are many to suite all tastes and wallets. Parking was never a problem and most of the time we could park directly outside the house. The property is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the conservatory with its large doors opening onto the garden. Elise was very welcoming and keen to be helpful, a very good hostess."

Fantastic Property
"We absolutely loved our holiday at this property. Quiet rural location but only 20 minutes to the main stores ( local shop 5 minutes away). We visited the Rose Granite Coast and many other stunning beaches of the region. We took our dog, to which the property had a large secured garden with a huge forest only 5 minutes away by car. Our children loved the indoor pool area ( we did too!) , which also had a sauna. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and provided information about the local area. A fantastic holiday. We hope to return soon"
