Deux groupes de Climatisation indépendantes se trouvent dans le salon et dans les 2 chambres, ce qui permet à chacun de régler la température à sa convenance. Chauffage central dans tout l'appartement l'hiver. L'appartement est proche de toutes les commodités, Commerces à 100m( boulangerie pharmacie, banque et un supermarché Leclerc). WIFI. Un parking en sous-sol est disponible (petite auto)En sortant de l immeuble un arrêt de bus vous emmènera aux plages ou au palais en moins 10 de minutes. L'appartement est plein sud et calme. La cuisine est entièrement équipée . (machine à vaisselle, linge, four, micro ondes plaque, machine à café avec filtres ,machine Nespresso, grille pains et bouilloire) Une terrasse est a votre disposition pour vos repas et vous relaxer. Les 2 chambres et le salon donnent sur la terrasse. Une salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne et un WC séparé.

Très agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles et réactifs. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité des principaux axes, et a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Les prestations sont de qualité, la literie et le linge de lit sont très confortables. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement !
