Holiday Home with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Renovated in 2022, our house is located in the heart of the citadel of Château d'Oleron.

An old fisherman's house, we are situated in a quiet area 100m from the market, which is open every day, and all the shops. An ideal beach for children is a 10-minute walk away.

A larger beach with surf school is 10 minutes away by car or bike.

Château d'Oleron is a typical village with colourful oyster huts and the Vauban citadel, a UNESCO world heritage site.



Our house consists of 2 parts: 1 main house with 1 bedroom (bed 140), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, a large kitchen, dining room and living room with wood-burning stove overlooking the garden.



A non-adjoining but very close house (see photos) in the style of an oyster hut on the Ile d'Oléron, with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 children's bedroom with single beds) and 2 shower rooms.



you can also dine in the summer dining room (with plancha)



For those returning from the beach, there is also an outdoor shower.



Summer lounge and sun loungers for enjoying the pool, which is secured by a 2x5.5 bar cover.



Out of respect for our neighbours, parties are not permitted during the rental period.
