SUPER
Location très bien agencée et très fonctionnelle, bien équipée. La propriétaire très sympathique et accueil chaleureux avec de petites attentions. Location très propre et proche des commerces et au calme. Nous reviendrons.

Super für Familienurlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Zentrum und die Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es ca. 2,5 km, die mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern über Fahrradwege gut zu bewältigen sind.
Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt und für Kinder ist alles da. Die Betten sind bequem.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Séjour magnifique en Vendée
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette belle maison très joliment décorée et surtout superbement aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour toute la famille.
Mme Craipeau nous a enchanté par sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils sur la région.
A proximité directe de Saint Gilles , de ses marchés et des commerces cette maison est idéale pour passer de super vacances

Location très calme, conforme à l'annonce et propre.
La propriétaire est très "pro" et prodigue de bons conseils sur les animations dans la région.
La présence de vélos dans la location est financièrement avantageuse et très pratique pour circuler dans la région, particulièrement en "haute saison".

Maison très agréable
Maison très lumineuse très bien équipée.
Les vélos à disposition rapprochent toutes les commodités du centre ville à 5 min. Les pistes cyclables sont aux portes de la maison située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme.

Belle location pour vacances en famille.
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. De plus, cette maison est idéale pour les vacances en famille (spacieuse et pratique). Même si elle est un peu éloignée de la grande plage, la proximité des pistes cyclables nous a permis de faire de belles balades.

Impressions générales satisfaisante
- Description de la location correcte, mais manque un inventaire des équipements et ustensiles de cuisine disponibles,
- Location propre et bien entretenue, mais état défaillant de plusieurs équipements : TV, chaine HiFi, table de cuisson, cafetière, etc., cela fait beaucoup mais la propriétaire semblait découvrir et s'est engagée à remettre en état,
- Bons conseils à l'arrivée sur les commerces, les chemins, etc.
- Nous pourrons recommander à des connaissances,
- En général, nous avons apprécié notre séjour, mais nous connaissions bien Saint Gilles et ses environs. Quartier calme et situation très correcte,
- Attention, en hiver, maison difficile à chauffer et envol des kWh pour un chauffage confortable.

UN EXCELLENT SEJOUR....
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette belle et lumineuse maison .
Avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 salles de bain elle offre un réel confort. Située dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme , elle dispose de tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. (je conseille les Halles de Saint Gilles).
Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour ses précieux conseils de balades.
