"We had a wonderful stay. Pierre and Eric are incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and give us the best stay and are genuinely two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet (together with their lovely dog Pepsi) Their home is beautiful and spotless with a lovely garden. "This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "
