Chalet Marion is a modern chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look. It is found in the old Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It is very spacious(101m²), will sleep up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms, and is fully central heated with under floor heating on the main floor.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and an en suite basin. The second sleeps 2 and consists of 2 singles bed. There is also a shower room with a basin and toilet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as substantial storage area for skis and bikes.
The first floor which forms the heart of this chalet is comprised of a large open plan room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. French windows lead out onto the South and West facing balcony at the front of the chalet with stunning views to the Aravis mountains.
The newly fitted kitchen has a high specification hob and oven,together with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It has glasses, crockery and cutlery for 9 [hidden] dining area seats 9 people around the antique dining table.
The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable and modern leather suite. There is a TV, video/DVDplayer, a CD player as well as books and games. An internet access is [hidden] whole room is designed to really make you feel at home.
There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a South-facing balcony which has a double bed, the second has three single beds. There is also a shower room with wash-basin and a separate toilet.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!

Pets will be considered only if we are asked in advance when booking.
