"Hugely disappointed with choice. Apartment was freezing when we arrived at 5pm. We had to pay more than stated for heating/electricity for one night! Apartment wasn't cleaned properly. The TV didn't work - there was a big crack in the screen which meant only a quarter of the screen was visible, toilet ..."
