"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Personne ne répond au téléphone ni aux messages (email ou système internet propriétaire). Impossible d'obtenir la moindre réponse. En revanche, on est inondé d'emails automatiques. En raison des conditions meteo j'ai dû annuler ma venue, ce qui m'a permis de constater que la garantie vendue est une escroquerie de plus (impossible de la renseigner si on n'est pas sur un cas prévu à l'avance. Entre l'hotel fantôme et l'escroquerie de la garantie d'annulation, je ne passerai plus par votre site...

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space).
