We stayed in the “Family Room” loft and it greatly exceeded all of our expectations. Spacious, charming layout and very clean. Very helpful staff and a central location with great access to Annecy’s spectacular canals and shops.

Property is a 10 min. walk from the train station quite near the enchanting medieval part of town with its shops eateries, pubs, canal, and the lake. Also, a boulangerie and grocery are nearby. Staff are well informed, welcoming, and speak French and English, at least. The building is 170 years old and thoroughly modern inside. Room had kitchenette, table/chairs, TV, secure WiFi, full bath, and comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. Very clean. It was a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very nice, and we appreciated having a small kitchen area. The location was fabulous - near all the old city sites and very close to the lake, and the staff was extremely helpful. We also appreciated the onsite parking. Very convenient.

Nice property in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Enough space for the 3 of us traveling together and sharing a room. Air conditioning was not working in all of the rooms so some others I traveled with were quite warm. They stored our luggage so we could be out of the room on time but still explore before we needed to get to the train station.

The location of the property was perfect for kids, easy access to the playground next door, an easy walk to the carousel and lake. Hotel room was well appointed with dishes and basics for cooking. Air conditioning was perfect for the heatwave and the room was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were excellent. Made to feel extremely welcome upon arrival and got early access as room was ready prior to check in time. The room (studio) was tidy, spacious and well laid out. Kitchen and bathroom was nice and clean with all required utensils and amenities available. It was the height of a heatwave while we were there, but temp in room was very well controlled. Location itself is ideal for exploring the old town with shops, bars, boulangeries and cafes all nearby. Easy walking distance from the bus and train stations. We will be heading back to Annecy in the future, and will be looking to base ourselves here again as we couldn't fault it.

Comfortable, clean apartment if a little less spacious than anticipated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a basic continental buffet. Walkable distance from train station even with big cases. On the edge of the old town near plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately the air con was not working while we were there. We did have a big fan that was too noisy to keep on while we slept and it was noisy outside with the window open. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
