Great Place!

Centrally located, very walkable, close to transportation, close to all the city had available (grocery store, shopping, dining, parks). The staff was very nice and accommodating. Loved our stay! Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The facilities are everything you would expect and the staff are excellent, friendly, helpful knowledgeable. Good value and good location. We travelled alone this time but seemed like it would have been comfortable if we’d taken our daughter too.

Family stay in Annecy

Excellent location, a short walk into Annecy and to the lake. Great family room, good size with split level and 2 toilets. Friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend this hotel and we all absolutely loved Annecy.

It was extremely hot in this room! I would never choose to stay here again. The staff was very friendly and lovely. The restaurant across from the hotel had very loud music until at least midnight on a Thursday night. Definitely not the hotel’s fault but it made my stay even more uncomfortable. The pillows in the room are also terrible. The shower felt dirty and grimy. There was no soap or shampoo or anything of that nature in the shower.

Very close to old town… about 8-10 minute walk. Good basement parking. Lots of food places around. Room is nice and adequate for a few days. Has laundry in another floor. Would stay here again.

Apartment was nice. Well located and clean. They offer free hot beverages in the lobby. Most of the staff were excellent and helpful although one of the receptionist was constantly acting as though us being there was an inconvenience. We didn't take it personally and I didn't change my review of the complex, just something to note.

Great hotel to stay in Annecy

Nice hotel with cozy lobby. Spacious room with nice decor & good amenities. Kitchen compact but well designed and well equipped (it even has a dishwasher). Good location, near the Old Town and lake. Free coffee/tea in the lobby and friendly staff make our stay most enjoyable .
